These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ft888 ("ft888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ft888 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any service offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. ft888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with ft888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing Account with ft888. One Account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a gambling-related account restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close associate of ft888 or its technology partners where participation in gameplay constitutes a conflict of interest.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. This typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access the Platform through your Account. ft888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ft888 support immediately.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account with ft888. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same or different personal details — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ft888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending transactions and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in the currency available at the time of registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are available as an account currency, all balances, limits and transactions will be displayed in PKR. Currency options are set by the operator and may vary.

ft888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other point determined by ft888's compliance procedures.

5.1 Documents Typically Required

• Primary identity document: A valid, government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport. Both sides of the CNIC are typically required.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the past three months, where required.
• Selfie or liveness check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, or a real-time liveness verification, may be required to confirm you are the person named in the document.
• Source of funds documentation: At higher transaction volumes or where required by AML controls, documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited may be requested.

5.2 Document Handling

All verification documents must be uploaded exclusively through the secure HTTPS account portal. Never send sensitive documents via email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media or any other unsecured channel. You must not alter, obscure, crop or otherwise modify any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5.3 Verification Delays

ft888 reserves the right to place restrictions on Account withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. We are not liable for any delays in verification processing, provided we have acted in accordance with our standard compliance procedures.

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in your Account cashier. The availability of specific payment methods — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options — is determined by the operator and may vary. References to these payment providers are for user familiarity only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any payment provider, nor a guarantee that such methods are available or supported.

6.1 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposited funds are intended for wagering purposes. ft888 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• ft888 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and close Accounts where AML or fraud concerns are identified.

6.2 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within a reasonable period, you should first check with your payment provider before contacting ft888 support. ft888 is not responsible for delays or errors introduced by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered ft888 Account. ft888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets not associated with the account holder, or anonymous payment methods.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus may generally be withdrawn subject to KYC completion and account standing.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to the operator's processing procedures. Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method and operator review queue.
• ft888 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in accordance with AML obligations.
• Repeated deposit-and-withdrawal patterns without meaningful wagering activity may trigger an AML review.

7.2 Withdrawal Method Matching

Where possible, ft888 processes withdrawals via the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and operator policy. Where this is not possible, alternative verified methods available in the cashier will be offered.

ft888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, reload offers and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists between Promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements and time limits are specified in each Promotion's individual terms. ft888 does not apply hidden wagering conditions.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once.
• Systematically betting on all outcomes of an event to lock in a profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage).
• Using a Promotion in a manner clearly not intended by the offer, as determined by ft888 in its reasonable discretion.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit Promotion mechanics.

Where bonus abuse is identified, ft888 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, close the Account and retain any winnings derived from abusive behaviour.

8.3 Welcome Offer Eligibility

Welcome Promotions are available to new registered Users only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. A User who has previously held an Account with ft888 under any name or payment account is not eligible for a first-deposit Welcome Promotion.

All sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer play and other wagering activity on the Platform is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game, market or event, together with these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy, these Terms take precedence over general platform content but may be supplemented by game-level or market-level rules where more specific.

9.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to availability and market status. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. ft888 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void bets where there is evidence of pricing error, system fault, suspicious betting patterns or where a market has been suspended. In-play bets are subject to additional validation procedures and may be voided if accepted after an event-changing occurrence.

9.2 Casino & Live Dealer

Casino games are operated using random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, through live streaming from studio environments. ft888 does not fabricate or misrepresent RTP figures. Where RTP ranges are displayed, they are provided as illustrative examples from studio partners and are clearly labeled as such. Game outcomes are the result of fair RNG processes or live physical dealing.

9.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or system interruption that affects a game or betting market, ft888 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the affected Accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and play where applicable.

Access to and use of the Platform is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or excluded by the operator's licensing conditions ("Restricted Jurisdictions"). A current list of Restricted Jurisdictions is available on request from support.

By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. If you are subsequently found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, ft888 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, void any pending transactions and retain any funds held in the Account pending AML review.

The following conduct is prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools or other automated mechanisms to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse engineer or introduce malicious code into any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to transfer illicit funds, or structuring deposits to avoid AML detection thresholds.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to ft888.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information unfairly in live games or coordinate betting patterns.
• Charging back deposits via payment providers fraudulently or without legitimate cause.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards ft888 employees or support staff.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, ft888 may take one or more of the following actions: issue a formal warning; restrict Account features; suspend the Account pending investigation; permanently close the Account; void transactions and retain associated funds; report conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

ft888 is committed to responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools necessary to manage their activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Maximum net loss limits over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session reminders or enforced session time limits.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods or longer-term exclusion from the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ft888.

Game titles, studio names and associated marks appearing on the Platform may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership beyond the scope of any existing commercial licensing arrangement with ft888's technology partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ft888 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds through wagering activity, whether or not resulting from an error or malfunction;
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill;
• Interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ft888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by ft888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third-party advertisers. Data sharing with third-party service providers is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the Platform and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to AML and KYC requirements.

The "Last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently reviewed. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ft888 is licensed to operate, as determined by the applicable operator licensing arrangements.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users are reminded that the enforceability and applicability of these Terms may be affected by applicable local laws in Pakistan.

ft888 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts by reason of making the Platform accessible in Pakistan and does not represent that the Platform complies with Pakistani law. Use of the Platform from Pakistan is at the User's own risk and on the User's own assessment of applicable local law.
